  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including:

  • Canada

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Israel: 7–12 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the site

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once available

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear

  • Some international shipments may experience limited tracking updates

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment:

  • Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund (case-by-case)
