Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Israel: 7–12 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Other countries: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the site or at checkout.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


What if my order is delayed?

Delays can happen due to customs or shipping carriers. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we’ll assist you.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Full details are available on our Refund Policy page.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.

Yes. We carefully select and review products based on quality, functionality, and customer feedback before offering them in our store.


Do product colors or appearance vary?

Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences. This is normal and does not affect product functionality.
